KKS lech 1922 Pozan cake

A coffee cake with mascarpone cream and espresso coffee for a KKS lech fan!

Coffee cake's recipe (da Cucina moderna - febbraio 1997):

• 100 g butter
• 2eggs
• 200 g flour
• 160 g sugar
• 2 teasp baking powder
• 2 tsp instant coffee (I use espresso)
• 5 tsp milk
• salt

180°C for 35-40' .
